For the convenience of those attending the conference, we have already reserved blocks of rooms at the hotels in Esslingen and Stuttgart listed below. Because of its close proximity to the Neckar Forum, we recommend staying at the Best Western. This hotel is part of the same building complex and thus directly connected to the Neckar Forum.

Please reserve your room at the hotel of your choice directly through our partner travel agency, FCm Travel Solutions, and specify "USU World" as the event (please see the contact information on the right.). This travel agency is managing our blocks of rooms and will be glad to provide you with information at any time about the overnight accommodations that remain available.

About four weeks before the start of "USU World", all rooms not yet reserved for this event will be released for regular rental availability. For this reason, we ask all those wanting to book a room to do so as soon as possible!
