We've prepared a most interesting program of events for you!

• In an advance program offered on May 22, you'll already be able to participate in intensive workshops and beneficial discussions with area specialists.
• In the conference on May 23-24 top-notch, internationally renowned keynote speakers and subject-area specialists will offer their insights into current "hot topics" in IT and service.
• The following three concurrent series of special presentationswill more closely examine the hot topics for this year's conference:
  • IT & Service Lifecycle Management
    (incl. Software License Management and Service Monitoring)
  • Service Portals
  • Knowledge Bases in Call and Service Centers
• During our User Forum, you'll get a look at how the USU solutions that you are now using are being further developed and be able to discuss your needs with other specialists and the USU Product Management team.
• Moderated discussions, networking breaks and our evening event on May 23 will give you an opportunity to have an intensive exchange with industry specialists and establish valuable contacts.
• At our trade exhibition, you'll have the opportunity to simply stop by and learn about effective solutions from the USU Group and our partners.
• Then on May 25, after the conference itself, we'll offer users a Valuemation training course.
