Evening Event
Each year, the evening event for all participants is truly a highlight of our conference! It's a great opportunity to enjoy yourselves, meet and greet each other and discuss issues and ideas in a casual atmosphere.
This evening event is included free of charge for all those attending the conference. To help us better organize this event, we ask you to register for it.
This year, the conference and the evening event will be held in the expansive, modern and inviting facilities of the "Neckar Forum" in Esslingen.
Guided tour of historic Esslingen
Between the end of the conference (5:30 PM) and the start of the evening event (7:30 PM), you'll have an opportunity to participate in a guided tour of the historic old section of Esslingen free of charge.
The tour will begin at 6:15 PM and take about one hour. In the meantime, you'll be able to check into your hotel if you have booked overnight accommodations in downtown Esslingen. The meeting place for the guided tour will be the foyer of the Neckar Forum. If you'd like to take this tour, please pre-register for it when signing up for the conference with our general online registration form.
We recommend that you wear casual clothes for the guided tour and the evening event.
