On May 22, before the start of the USU World conference itself, you'll already be able to participate in the following intensive workshops:

Workshop 1: Best Practices for Structuring Your Service Portfolio

Workshop 3: How to Successfully Shape and Manage Changes

Presented by: Michael R. Schnieper – Founder and CEO of conGENTE GmbH, Baar/CH

You can find out detailed information on intended participants and the agenda for each workshop in the download section at the right. Each workshop will have no less than 3 and no more than 15 participants, allowing you to fully benefit from the detailed discussions of experiences and the practice-based knowledge transfer led and moderated by an experienced specialist.

Attendance fee per intensive workshop:

400 € (plus VAT) per person for participants of the USU World conference
500 € (plus VAT) per person for other persons attending (non-participants)

Your benefits:

• Workshop documentation in hardcopy and/or electronic form
• All food and beverages including lunch in the USU bistro
• A concluding drink and opportunity to network with all participants and leaders after the end of the workshop at 5:30 PM

Organizational information:

• The workshops will be held at the USU headquarters building in Möglingen.
• The workshops begin at 9:30 AM and end at 5:30 PM. Starting at 8:30 AM, we invite you to join us for breakfast in the USU bistro.
• The workshops will be held in German.
• Dress code: We recommend "business casual" (neat, comfortable clothing suitable for an office environment).
• The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 15 per workshop.
• Each workshop must be attended by at least three persons. If fewer than three persons sign up for a workshop, then we reserve the right to cancel it.
• The registration period ends on Monday, May 7, 2012. On May 8, 2012, we will let you know whether your workshop will take place as planned (see terms and conditions of participation and cancellation periods in the "Registration" section).

Registration:
Please register for the workshop of your choice by no later than May 7, 2012. Please register directly using the online registration form. If you are also attending the USU World conference, you are entitled to a 100 € (plus VAT) discount on your workshop attendance fee. In addition, be sure to also take advantage of our "early-bird" discount for conference registrations made through March 31, 2012.
