Organizational information

  • This year's USU World will take place in the "Neckar Forum" in Esslingen (Stuttgart).
  • The conference will begin on May 23 at 10:00 AM and end on May 24 at around 4:00 PM. Starting at 8:30 AM, we invite you to join us for breakfast in the Neckar Forum.
  • On May 23, we also invite you to participate in our evening event at the Neckar Forum (free of charge for all those attending the conference). The evening event will start at 7:30 PM.
  • The keynote addresses in the plenary session as well as the series of presentations on "IT & Service Lifecycle Management" will be held in either German or English and simultaneously interpreted, as required.
  • Dress code: For the conference itself we recommend business dress; for the evening event we recommend comfortable, casual clothes.
  • The registration period for USU World ends on Monday, May 14, 2012.

By registering directly online through March 31, you'll be able to benefit from our "early-bird" discount. You can find out about additional discounts that are available in the section "attendance fee".
